This event has been postponed. New date TBD Join us for a Regenerative Movement Class, an engaging and transformative workshop aimed at relieving body stress, compression, and discomfort. This session builds on our previous Wellness Workshop, where we explored the Wall Reset technique, helping many of you find your Zero Line and alleviate joint pain.
